Hepatitis Problem auf Koh Samui gross ?

Hallo,

habe leider keine Hepatitis Impfung und fliege auf Koh Samui.
Ist die Verbreitung von Hepatitis A/B dort
gross, sodass man mit Essen und Getränken
bzw. Moskitos sehr aufpassen muß ?

Vielleicht kann mir jemand was dazu sagen...
